This week was again a long week. Though the school events like cheerleading are already over for quite some time, the week was still long drawn. I practically had to go home late every day.
Monday was training...of course, the earliest I can reach home is 830 which is rather rare unless the buses and MRT are on my side.
Tuesday was a surprise. I had to inspect and sort of talk about the new design of the track training t-shirt. That took quite a while and I was totally worn-out from thinking after that that even my body felt fatigued.
Wednesday was the volleyball match. HAHA, this needs some elaboration. Junda, AJ's all time favourite volleyballer was farming and denying like a GOD during the first round. AJ whooped TJ 25-11 during the first round, sending the message clear that if TJ were to continue with the lousy defence, they are not going to lose very gallantly. TJ apparently got the message and won AJ 25-22 and 25-16 in the second and third round respectively. Thank goodness Junda got his momentum back at the end of the third round. The supporters (me included ) were cheering our lungs, heart, throat, voicebox and lunch out. If the AJ volleyballers don't win...we will feel so sad we wanna cry...But thank goodness again, the whole team came back to win the fourth set and eventually defeated TJ with a score of 15-11 at the fifth set. Behold, the might and power of AJC volleyballers. Training was cancalled, for obvious reasons -- the match ended at 630.
Thursday was self-training day. Loy and I did some gym work before proceeding to do our hurdles. Initially, I had to get the feel of hurdling back and it wasn't easy. However, that session of training did pay off. Instead of shuffling, the effect of lengthening my strides before tackling the hurdle seems to enable me to glide of the hurdle easily. HAHA, well hopefully I can do that again during the next training session.
Friday was official training and today, I know the effect of not doing 200m reps for just a few sessions. I had trouble lasting throughout only 6 reps, which felt rather bad. Time to catch up! The basketball match today was played against HCI. AJ is a strong team. However, we have three injured players. This may have made winning the tournament much harder as the opponent is also very strong. But AJ fought hard and strong, and I am equally proud of AJ basketball as I am of AJ volleyball as well as AJ track and field.
Its finally the weekend but I still have college day to attend tomorrow. How am I going to find time for my homework?!?!?!?
IF AJ BOLEH ==> I BOLEH
OOOOOOoOo^OOOOOAJ BOLEHHHHHHHH AJ BOLEHHHHHH...ALL THE REST CAN GO FLY KITE!!! (-__-)\/
