Today's training was a big leap from what the AJC trackers have been doing. After some stretching and warm-up. We were told to do 2 sets of 5 X 200m. HAHA. When coach told us that, we were already looking at each other and thinking...can we do it? This was much more different than the usual 6 we would be doing. This time we were doing 10 but there was a 10 minute break between the 1st set and the 2nd. Whew. 1st run of the 1st set was a flop. Instead of doing 31 like what ZH and I were supposed to do, we did 35 instead...and the rest behind was like...haha. However, after that, he and I were doing 31s all the way through the 1st set. Encouragement after every rep was absolutely vital, or else most of us would not have made it through the gruelling 10 reps that almost slaughtered all of us. During the 2nd set, I found that I have found the rhythm of my running speed. Thus I was able to keep up with ZH during all the runs. The slight bouncing in my rhythm also helped a lot in my breathing. I was able to catch my breath during the air time. Running never felt so smooth in a long time. Despite the gruelling run, I felt much better after the run. Like some endorphin rush. Everything needs rhythm. Running, dancing and even saving the world needs rhythm...like what chicken little would say.

MIEYA HI, MIEYAH HUU, MIEYAH HA.....HAHA. You set the pace, we win the race!
